The Waterfall Powerstation is a 6x6 upgradeable Power Station Community building in CityVille.
It is available for free when placed during the Unlock Waterfall Powerstation! Goal and takes 0 Energy to build. It requires 5 different items (6 of each) to complete Level 1. Once built to Level 1, it allows an extra 800 Population.
Upgrading this requires the same 5 items for all 50 levels, with the number of each increasing every 10 levels.
Clicking on this will increase the maximum amount of Energy the player can have by one for every level completed, for a maximum of 50 Energy. This will require 
500 Goods to be consumed. Players will have to do this at least once every 12-24 hours, otherwise the Energy Bar will decrease by 1 Energy after that for every 24 hours.
This has a monetary value of 35,000 Coins.
