The Winter Mystery Seedling is an item needed to complete the collection of trees for the National Park Office. During the 2012 Winter season, the original trees were replaced for those who collected the previous 9 trees and the final reward with Winter Trees. Requests may be made once every 4 hours and will only give you one Winter Mystery Seedling. You can get more at any time you want by clicking the tree symbol above the Park Office and paying 
3 Energy. Mystery boxes are listed under Decorations in your inventory.
Completing these requires 
5 Snow Sprinklers and 
5 Winter Fertilizers. The Snow Sprinklers can be obtained by wall requests, and Winter Fertilizers can be collected from any of the 5 Winter Tree Residences. They are: Viking Longhouse (100% drop rate), Winter Chalet (85%), Ice Block Home (70%), Snowed In Cabin (15%), and Frigid Retreat (25%).
Common Types can be bought for 
5 Cash each.
They are the Holly Tree, Snowy Sourwood Tree and Fir Elise.
Uncommon Types can be bought for 10 Cash each.
They are the Winterberry Tree, Snowy Red Maple Tree and Snowy Cedar Tree.
Rare Types can be bought for 40 Cash each.
They are the Red Chokeberry Tree, Snowy Dogwood Tree and Snow Pine Tree.
The final reward for collecting all 9 is the Wildwood Growth.
